Ralph Bellamy (1904-1991): Bellamy was a ubiquitous supporting player in the Thirties who became a star in his later years by returning to the stage and playing showy character parts in films like The Professionals, Rosemary’s Baby, and Sunrise at Campobello. Ralph once said: “I always tell the producers, if I can’t get the girl at the end of the picture, at least give me more money.”
