Blue Irises Print by Gabe Gault

The blue iris symbolizes hope, wisdom, and valor. Inspired by Van Gogh’s series of irises painted while in a mental asylum, Gabe wanted to pay homage to the recognition of beauty and hope in difficult times. Van Gogh’s use of color was transformative and radical; Gabe’s vision is to use that same radical color to speak to our souls and to shine light on the crevices in our minds that are more than just shades of gray.
