It's Been A Long Time | Jeffrey Mayer Solo Exhibition

It’s Been A Long Time is a traveling solo exhibition of Jeffrey Mayer’s Led Zeppelin photographs, curated by Francis Coiro. It opened in 2025 as Zeppelin in the Vines, presented by FATHOM and Europa Village in the Barcelona Room at Europa Village Winery in Temecula. It has since shown in Los Angeles, and in winter 2027 it will be the first exhibition at Art and Object, FATHOM’s affiliate in Palm Springs.

Jeffrey Mayer’s photographs in the exhibition cover Led Zeppelin in concert and backstage, from the band’s first US tour in 1968 through its last in 1977. Most of the prints had never been shown before the tour, and most are offered for the first time. Mayer’s photographs also appear in the official band monograph Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin (Reel Art Press, 2018) and the How the West Was Won box set. FATHOM publishes Jeffrey Mayer’s photographs as signed limited editions.

The exhibition also includes five new images Jeffrey Mayer added to Marcel ‘SEL’ Blanco’s Sonic Remix series, which reworks classic music photographs in SEL’s Los Angeles street art style.
