Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping at checkout. Unframed items will ship in 3 to 7 days after placing your order. Framing options are all custom made, so please allow 7 to 12 days for shipping. We ship packages through UPS, Fed-X and USPSs.
Refund and Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds on prints or original works of art. All sales are final. The only exception is for items damaged in shipping, and please note - that does not include items that are damaged during opening the package.
If you receive a damaged package please do not sign for the package. If the package is left for you, please document the condition of the package when you received it. Contact us within 72 hours by email at info@fathom.gallery and we will get back to you with how to proceed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it - the customer will need to file a report with the shipping company directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
