Artist Statement:
"The Essence of Time" delves into the journey of embracing one’s authentic self in a world that doesn’t always encourage individuality. Many hesitate to reveal their true selves until the weight of conformity becomes too heavy to bear. This piece serves as a reminder to embrace the path of uniqueness. At its center, the hourglass powerfully symbolizes time’s limitations, urging us not to take our moments on earth for granted. Additionally, it pays homage to the wisdom and resilience of older generations, whose years of experience and insight reveal the beauty of living authentically.
